To my shock, the hospitable personnel was not present; instead, there was garbage scattered across the grounds—I even found a beer can which I disposed of myself—and graffiti smeared on a wall. On entering the office, I was asked abruptly: "What do you need?". No hello or inquiry as to how they could help me – just "What do you need?" When inquiring about an application for my mother's residence at their property, I was denied. The manager stated that if she wanted to live there she would find a way to get there. It seems that much has changed since I lived here; it is sad that such discrimination against the elderly and disabled is occurring here now. This manager should not be running any business with her unprofessional attitude and disregard of anti-discrimination laws; accordingly, I will be filing a complaint with both their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. It really is disheartening how people mistreat our elderly and disabled population: this manager is disgraceful – William Trace Corporate Office should have chosen someone more suitable for their investments in this property. more ... hide ...
