I just want this review to aid in improvement, which is something everyone needs sometimes. We had a new leasing manager (Quadco Mgmt) three months ago, and they said the company was in the process of changing companies. Every time we visited, there was someone different. Then MayFair Mgmt took over. The lease stated that rent was due on the first, and anything after would be subject to late fees. We paid on the fourth, and we have the receipt to prove it. So why did they try to evict us on the fifteenth? It was dismissed in court, but still left on our record. Unacceptable! They gave us the runaround. The new manager was there daily, but told our kids they couldn't play in the park and closed the pool. She even went into people's homes whenever she wanted. Then the Covid pandemic hit and she moved away. Now we're constantly dealing with a new manager when we visit the office. From October to April, there were eight different people in the front office. No one has been able to sign a lease in over a year due to so many different office managers. I have neighbors who have moved out because of stolen and lost books, and they have outrageous balances. Neighbor uses his deck area as a woodworking shop using noisy power tools wich is prohibited

The apartments are great and the management is amazing wouldnt live anywhere else
