I have been living with parkland point for 3 years and I love my apartment and I love the staff Mike is one of the maintenance and he is so nice and will fix everything Roxanna is the manager she is so sweet and hardworking if it wasnt for her I woul I have been living with parkland point for 3 years and I love my apartment and I love the staff Mike is one of the maintenance and he is so nice and will fix everything Roxanna is the manager she is so sweet and hardworking if it wasnt for her I would have never received a 3 bedroom apartment that has no stairs I 10000 recommend living here more ... hide ...

Mike Hughes is the best maintenance worker that Parkland Pointe has he is personable friendly and professional Most recently the contractors not so repaired my door leaving it unable to close and barely lock and my daughter and myself were home alone Mike Hughes is the best maintenance worker that Parkland Pointe has he is personable friendly and professional Most recently the contractors not so repaired my door leaving it unable to close and barely lock and my daughter and myself were home alone feeling unsafe he repaired the door to better than great there is no longer inability to lock or close and he made it fit flesh so that there is no gap between the door and the lock He is amazing and he should be given the highest honors and a raise more ... hide ...
