I have lived here two and one half years and I love it I especially love the design Each building includes four apartments that share a large covered entrance area which is perfect for sitting and visited during warm weather Plus each apartment has a I have lived here two and one half years and I love it I especially love the design Each building includes four apartments that share a large covered entrance area which is perfect for sitting and visited during warm weather Plus each apartment has a nice sized patio The walking path around the complex is very helpful for visiting neighbors in other buildings and walking dogs Our community clubhouse is beautiful Our Manager Michelle and maintenance person Jody are the best you will find I appreciate that the covered parking is right outside our entrance area and the dumpster is just a few feet away This is a quiet and safe place to live more ... hide ...

Was very happy here until i wS notified of my over 100 rent increase The rent was the ONLY reason that I moved to Texas Michelle and Jody are wonderful But you dont raise rents within one year between 115 350 when the majority of the people here ar Was very happy here until i wS notified of my over 100 rent increase The rent was the ONLY reason that I moved to Texas Michelle and Jody are wonderful But you dont raise rents within one year between 115 350 when the majority of the people here are on fixed incomes If not for that and a couple of other disappointments I would be telling the world about this little gem that I found People have already started to move out Some of us spent our last dollar moving in So disappointed more ... hide ...
