My wife and I have gone through a lot of trouble living here. Diane, the lady in charge, is a disagreeable and misguided person who inspects dog droppings and accuses others who actually clean up after the animals. She has an awful temper that makes you feel unwelcome. The architecture is incredibly foolish as the wind blows through the hallways like a wind tunnel and could potentially push people down the stairs due to its location next to a vast area, as well as a sewage plant, causing it to smell like death all the time. Additionally, it is close to National Beef, making the odor of evaporated cow blood even more pungent than usual. Their maintenance is terrible; it will take a tragedy, like almost dying from extreme heat or cold, for them to repair something. What is the most infuriating is that they make up rules as they go. Be sure to read your agreement carefully. Also, they allow only two dogs, so if you have three, you must say goodbye to one as they will demand its removal. This place is not worth it.
