If your going to write a review you should tell all sides of the story.Then the other review about lease renewal. There is no lease renewal! I lived there you renew your subsidy and you get 4 months to do that. So if the office was notifying you to recertify repeatedly. They where going above and beyond there job description. It is your responsibility to recertify in a timely manner since you get a 4 month advance notice in writing every month. Until you recertify your subsidy. They also give you that in writing at move in.....lolWhen I moved in my walls were painted and my unit was clean. You get a inspection sheet to fill out at move- in of deficiencies. I bet you didnt write any of that on you move in sheet? If the manager is giving you violations for breaking the rules its probably because you are!When I lived there maintenance responded to my work orders in 24 hours. They had activities throughout the week for adults and children. ( Halloween activities, Christmas ( were the kids get gifts) movie night, art activity every week, the list goes on. I dont see any of the review mentioning that part.I give the management 10 thumbs up and 10 toes up!!!! For dealing with some of the rudest residents and their guest.
