We asked for recommendations from other people while also investigating local facilities online. After viewing various other locations, we chose Victory Centre of Bartlett. From the beginning, we were certain that it had been the right decision. They were tremendously helpful during the application process and the personnel are highly trained and very professional. The administration keeps the residents and their families apprised of any news or updates, the services and activities they offer are top-notch, the community is safe, clean, and our parents now feel that this is their home! In the present day, Victory Centre has done a remarkable job of managing the COVID crisis. They adhere strictly to the CDC and other federal/state/local health regulations and communicate frequently to both residents and families about the measures they are undertaking to keep the residents safe and healthy. The whole team has worked hard on this and their accomplishments are evident. Our family is deeply appreciative of all the efforts made in handling the pandemic correctly to protect the community. Thank you! If you're in search of a secure, immaculate, professional, enjoyable, and well-regulated assisted living community that genuinely cares for its residents, Victory Centre is the place to go! You and your loved ones will be glad you did! more ... hide ...
