Manager has also replaced rec room furniture brand new, and no one is allowed to use it. They took our kids play ground out about 3 years ago and have yet to replace it, and have then asked us that our kids outside toys cannot be on our personal porches, giving our kids nothing to do while they are outside. All in all is a comfy place, could do with way better management and use of funds.
