Maintenance never gets done Had several work orders for leaking toilet under floor into neighbor apartment for months and the work orders kept being deleted Ive had over 10 differant work orders deleted Trash is every where from noone taking it to th Maintenance never gets done Had several work orders for leaking toilet under floor into neighbor apartment for months and the work orders kept being deleted Ive had over 10 differant work orders deleted Trash is every where from noone taking it to the compactor And the worst thing is I have proof they paint over blood on walls from an old lady dieing in her apartment and expanding to the point she exploded on the ground and walls Still no cleaning crew ever came to take care of the biohazard and moved a new family in the unitnEdit yes most of my work orders were completed but not all But that still doesnt give a response to the second half of my review more ... hide ...

I mean its subsidized housing You get what you pay for Honestly its pretty quiet for the most part There can be drama but most of us are used to it I personally havent had any issues and the maintenance men are super friendly I dont hate it here
