I have been living in these apartments for more than five months, since February of this year. Since I moved in, I have had nothing but problems. Since I moved in, I have had nothing but problems. Initially, the heat wasn't working correctly--this was around the same time as a snowstorm--but now it's an issue with air conditioning. They put new filters in to try to fix it but that lasted only a week. The generator outside is old and makes loud noises when the AC is turned on and frequently stops running altogether. Whenever I call management about it, they simply tell me they'll get to it next week; meanwhile they are very concerned about fixing blinds and other minor issues around the complex but don't seem to care much about my AC problem (which affects me and my two-year-old daughter). On top of that, my kitchen floors look terrible. If you need somewhere quickly then this place can work for you; however be aware that maintenance will come on their own schedule--they'll fix a crack on a ceiling nearby but ignore my AC issue? If you're looking for an apartment fast, this is your place; just keep in mind that maintenance won't always be prompt or helpful when addressing major repairs like air conditioning or flooring damage. It seems like management should check these things before someone moves into one of their units, but unfortunately that wasn't done here. more ... hide ...
