Dont do it The entire year and a half we lived there we had notes on our door at least once sometimes 23 times a week for some reason they had to come in our apartment obviously during work hours which I dont like anyone in my home when Im not there Dont do it The entire year and a half we lived there we had notes on our door at least once sometimes 23 times a week for some reason they had to come in our apartment obviously during work hours which I dont like anyone in my home when Im not there parking is a disaster and they look for any reason to try to tow your car in two months I got 3 different stickers threatening to tow my truck when I was parked in my assigned spot two of the stickers were for unauthorized parking and at one point was told to park outside the gate and we lived at the back of the complex Eventually we outgrew the apartment since we had a baby and the third floor wasnt working so we went on a month to month lease until we found a house moved out half way through the month and was told by management that we would get prorated the other half of the months rent if we turned our keys in Turned them in on the 17th waited almost three months for the check before we called after emails were being ignored for a month and a half just to be told we didnt give enough notice so theyre not sending it When we talked to the property manager just a few days before turning the keys back in we were told verbally that it was fine as long as they were in by the 20th we would get our check Then on the phone said we wont get it because we didnt give enough notice We gave a two week notice because we were told as long as you give me some sort of notice its ok there was nothing specified about 30 days Ive had packages that said delivered to front office went in later that day and was told just wait and see if it turns up a week after Christmas maintenance went around and took almost all the bikes and scooters from the racks under the steps Only certain ones were left The place is super nice great park and pool but its ran very poorly save yourself the headache more ... hide ...

Lived here since opened and love it herenNever have issues with any staff Will stay as long as I am able Very comfortable and very nice
