Do not rent from herenBeen here for 5 years and every single time its hard to even get help They never answer the phone Plus they keep adding charges to my lease and keep saying its something new and that means breaking contract And they dont care

Sometimes I cant find a space near my building and have to park at another building. I also notice the security gates dont work most of the time and remain opened for 1-2 months at a time. I never did get a key fob and was told they were on back order then I was told the gates were going to be replaced and new key fobs would be issued. Still waiting. And my friend who referred me was told she would get a $400 referral fee. Ive been here since May 2021, and she has not yet received it, and shes inquired about it repeatedly. I believe they are not going to honor that, which is so wrong when you post that you give a referral fee and then dont honor it. Shes 93 and could use that money. more ... hide ...
