I do not recommend this complex to anybody You will not be happy nothing but hoodlums wandering around that place waiting to go into your home and steal your belongings has happened twice to me ROACH INFESTED

These apartments are deplorable. They are now demanding that the visitors of occupants pay $3.00 per night to park here after 6 visits. To make matters worse, the dishwasher isn't functioning, the air conditioning isn't adequate (which is why I had t These apartments are deplorable. To make matters worse, the dishwasher isn't functioning, the air conditioning isn't adequate (which is why I had to acquire a window air conditioner) and there is a peculiar noise coming from both upstairs bathrooms' showers. They should be more concerned about these issues than parking when the area is one of the most impoverished in Dallas. There are a lot of empty parking spots that were formerly for visitors before they decided to maximize their profit from those living in poverty. This apartment complex should be shut down right away. It is unjust how they treat their tenants and instead of charging their visitors for parking, the city should penalize them. This complex should be shamed, and I intend to move out as soon as I can. Absolutely do not live here. It is my biggest mistake. more ... hide ...
