This is the worst apartment complex I€™ve ever stayed in. It€™s not safe and the staff does not care about any of the tenants. If you have a family run! If you are a crack dealer than this is the perfect place for you! No seriously€¦ don€™t move in here I€™m stuck here in a year lease and wanna shoot myself in the head. Zero stars is my actual rating but they don€™t allow that. Not only is it not safe our ac hasn€™t been working since I€™ve moved in and all they did was bring me a window unit that doesn€™t even cool off one room€¦ I€™ve lived here for 3 months and have regretted it since the day I signed the damn lease!

We are nearly finished out with out 15 month lease - thank goodness. From the very beginning, there were problems starting with our application. We were incorrectly told wed have to pay an enormous deposit because one of the two people on the lease didnt have the required rental history. On that particular leasing agents day off, her error was corrected by the manager.I had to resend paperwork because it was lost.We werent told that the monthly rent that we were quoted would only be if we signed a 15 month lease - not 12 month. Not what you want to hear when all your worldly possessions are packed into a trailer in the parking lot and you have no place else to live. After being handed the keys, we were very disappointed to see the inside of our unit. Shoddy workmanship throughout - painting was sloppy (it was clear nothing had been taped off), daylight can be seen around the front door, dirty grout in the bathrooms, dirty floors, paint wasnt dry and the doors stuck (14 months later, they still stick). Wet paint on the inside of the vanity drawers is now permanently transferred to my make-up bag and other thing we put into those drawers thinking that the place had been properly prepared. My list of maintenance requests during our stay is 2 pages long. There are multiple requests for pest control for bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen (on my counter where I prepare food and on my clean dishes!); although they frequently appear in the living room and bedroom too.The tub in the hallway had to be refinished because it was cracking and peeling. The repair left us unable to enter our apartment for 6-8 hours because of the fumes and then not use that tub for 2 days while the new finish cured. This was in September of 2017. The finish started cracking again last month. Both bathroom sinks drained slowly despite Draino - the hall sink stopped completely.Daylight can be seen around the front door - its doesnt seal. The heat quit working in December.Twice, we had water leaks from the apartment above. The front bedroom window drips water on the sill during rainstorms. The patio door allows puddles to form indoors during windy rainstorms. The people in the community are generally kinda shifty. Theres a guy that sits in his running vehicle all hours of the night across from my apartment. Its creepy. They also dont seem to mind when vehicles are left in the same parking spot for months at a time. Good thing parking isnt an issue.Mail isnt at all secure. The outgoing mailbox is always hanging open and unlocked. My mailbox barely stays locked itself. The gym is a joke - most of the equipment has pieces broken off. Theres no free weights. The bathroom in there never has paper towels or hand soap which is absolutely disgusting. Then theres the pool... They close it when its not convenient to deal with it. Like when one of the maintenance people wanted to have a private party.Last 4th of July, the Closed sign stayed on the pool all day while one of the maintenance men let himself in and proceeded to allow in others that he knew, many of whom drove into the complex (obviously, they dont live there). They grilled food, played music, and had a grand old time.Theyll shut it down for the whole day after it rains claiming they need to rebalance chemicals. Thats not necessary if youre treating the water correctly in the first place. The manager claims that the laundry room machines get preventative maintenance every week. Either he or the company that maintains the machines is lying. I know this because one of the washers has been full of water for at least 3 months.I have to assume that I will lose money on a broken machine each time I do laundry because it has happened so frequently.Im not convinced that those machine clean clothes very well.Theres plenty of loud airplane noise, but thats obvious when you drive by the area.Consider yourself warned if you move here anyway. Ill be thrilled to hand back the keys.
