How can one evict people honestly without providing an explanation apart from needing to update paperwork? If the original signer is no longer alive, there should be something else to override it. Not evict the tenant. I can comprehend if the tenant was causing trouble or not paying rent, but empathy seems to be lacking here. The staff member I spoke with had no joy or love. All I was told was to leave a piece of paper. Can anyone make sense of this? BakerRipley was a blessing, but why didn't maintenance come to fix the apartment after 3 requests? The tenant wasn't paying rent before, so when they contacted, it was ignored. But when BakerRipley's funds were offered, the tenant was told to leave because of faulty paperwork. Other staff members agreed. God is good and bless those who take care. There was something that could have been done, but that wasn't the choice. Sad the first time I visited spiders and there eggs were everywhere the staircase was nasty and that pond no fence around it I fear for those kids to date they have cleaned stairs but no fence
