There is no designated parking, leaving tenants and guests with a problem. The garbage bins are overflowing, the swimming pool is always either closed or filthy and the laundry room is grimy. The rent is not worth the money and there is mildew on the walls, standing water in the parking area, and garbage blowing around outside. If you are considering renting here, think twice and research the do's and don'ts. Driving around randomly will confirm this. They will charge you for anything, regardless of how well-kept your living space is. The positive reviews are either outdated or false. Letters are sent out for minor issues and children can't bring bikes or skateboards and the playground is not safe. The office manager even goes through tenants' trash to find out who has been throwing away mail with their name on it. Great place to live Management has been amazing always willing to help with our needs and when ever something is wrong with the apartment they respond promptly and get the issues resolved in pretty quickly I highly recommend this community
