All they say is they will send someone, yet nothing has been achieved in four months. The air conditioning unit is unclean and not once have they provided us with a filter. There are reports of cockroaches and ants since prior to our move-in. The fumigation does not appear to be powerful enough since we still have issues with insects. My mother's bathroom is still without handles for her safety and it has been five months and still nothing. There is tension over parking spaces, with some of the tenants demanding we move since they have been living there longer. There are no numbers to indicate where to park. A few months ago, we experienced a water leak in the ceiling and it took them ten days to come and put a stop to it. Our two bedrooms got soaked and they have not come by to determine if there is mold in the walls, which is worrying since my mother and I are elderly and have asthma. Its really nice to live here It be helpful if the Apts had exhaust to take out the fumes when one is cooking plus if they would fill the pot holes in the concrete on the premises and repaint the parking lines the place
