My father in law was set to move in to one of their properties Meadows Place Senior Village He passed away one month before scheduled to move in and they refuse to return our deposit We paid 300 even though the application he signed says 150 for the My father in law was set to move in to one of their properties Meadows Place Senior Village He passed away one month before scheduled to move in and they refuse to return our deposit We paid 300 even though the application he signed says 150 for the apartment he had reserved Its frustrating to me because the day after he died I called to give notice to allow them more time to find a tenant I have emailed called and reported this to the state without ANY response from the property manager or the management company Avan Property management They refuse to share the policy with me regarding this scenario At this point I dont care about the money being returned Its truly sad to have so many facilities and ZERO care for your future tenants or any sympathy for what our family is going through Instead of having a streamlined process you have caused more frustration than needed more ... hide ...

The management and office staff are very sweet and professional My dad is happy to live in such a quiet secure well kept property We couldnt be more pleased
