Need more security

My mother recently moved in with the thought these would be a nice home for her and I will say these are by far the worst Apt living and terrible maintenance The apt was not very clean at move in it was not even painted terrible make ready The apt lo My mother recently moved in with the thought these would be a nice home for her and I will say these are by far the worst Apt living and terrible maintenance The apt was not very clean at move in it was not even painted terrible make ready The apt looked like they cleaned what they could and said it was ready and the staff was very persistent on being moved in by a certain date with the apt looking the way it was and saying put it on the report and maintenance will take care of it but still looks terrible in some areas She cant even get a light bulb replaced that burnt out after move because it apparently had to be on a move in report which doesnt make since if it was working at move in I tried to contact the corporate office and no one ever returned my phone call Ive worked in this business for over 10 yrs and this is unacceptable in my opinion with maintenance and office staff Pictures dont do much justice youd have to see yourself Renters be ware more ... hide ...

When i went to this place i diddnt i diddnt even go because my feet hurt In the future make sure they have more forks PLEASE I AM VERY VERY ANGRY

had my car registered for parking MONTHS ago woke up the next morning to my car gone called the lady i spoke to was rude ah told me no visitors can park inside the gate after i explained to her my car has been registered before and said i shouldv had my car registered for parking MONTHS ago woke up the next morning to my car gone called the lady i spoke to was rude ah told me no visitors can park inside the gate after i explained to her my car has been registered before and said i shouldve parked my car on the streets when that was NEVER explained and to be honest i woke up in the best mood when i found out my car was towed i wasnt even upset the part that got me upset was when i spoke to the girl that worked there her name started w a C the smart comments that she was making the tone in her voice as if i was bothering her she got loud with an attitude was very rude and unprofessional when all i was trying to do was understand why a car that was already registered got towed more ... hide ...
