2022-03-21T16:59:39ZI am very unhappy with the staff and management of Twin Oaks Apts Especially Esmeralda they say their hours are from 85 but half the time no one is in the office exept the maintence workers We have been trying to get our lease renewed but we never I am very unhappy with the staff and management of Twin Oaks Apts Especially Esmeralda they say their hours are from 85 but half the time no one is in the office exept the maintence workers We have been trying to get our lease renewed but we never get a straight answer on if we qualify for our percentage or not How do we know if we need to pack and find a new place or not anytime we call or ask we get blown off we had recieved a call saying we got re approved and then were scheduled to go in at 1130 to sign the papers and they lady calls us back saying oh soory i have to leave we can do it next week and now shes saying we dont qualify this week so frustrating more ...
