I rate this place 3 stars you literally are walking on egg shells living here You cant do anything with out management riding on your a or threatening to evict you Residence have gotten violations for having there childrens toys in the backyard washi I rate this place 3 stars you literally are walking on egg shells living here You cant do anything with out management riding on your a or threatening to evict you Residence have gotten violations for having there childrens toys in the backyard washing there vehicles working on vehicles having ice chest out water hose not being wrapped up properly these are just a few of the reason residence have gotten violations for Inspections are often they can come into your house as they choose to if you dont allow them to enter they can evict you So when I say you are walking on egg shells you literally are at risk at any time of being evicted so if you do choose to rent here I would Highly recommend to be prepared with a back up place of residency more ... hide ...

Nobody is ever safe Lived here for 5yrs and my car has been broken Into 2 times because they refuse to close the gates and they dont want to pay for damages So much for a Safe Gated Neighborhood Office cameras are old and outdated that officers coul Nobody is ever safe Lived here for 5yrs and my car has been broken Into 2 times because they refuse to close the gates and they dont want to pay for damages So much for a Safe Gated Neighborhood Office cameras are old and outdated that officers couldnt see anything Neighborhood is like a small CultKlan if your an outsider then youll be treated like an outsider Everybody knows everyone so anything out of the ordinary they quickly call Office Manager which is there Friend I say this because the Rules here dont regulate to everybody Some neighbors can be loud all night with music but others have to be Inside by 1011 pm or cops will be called Sad thing is office Manager Lives on property So you never have Privacy Your always being watched here Hence why everybody is always Inside Its a reasonable price for the living especially living in elsa with high taxes more ... hide ...
