It's been almost three years since we moved here and we're delighted. The grounds are always kept in a neat and orderly condition; furthermore, if anything needs to be fixed, maintenance is on the scene quickly to address it.

The apartments also lack proper renovations, evidenced by broken light fixtures and leaky faucets that take an age to be fixed. The price of these apartments is quite reasonable when considering what you get. The flooring and carpet are nice, though some of the floor panels don't line up properly. Everyone in our building is friendly and the area is safe. I'm very pleased with our apartment; it's a great place to start out or for those on a tight budget.
