I asked them to repair my hot water heater, so they came to my rented accommodation, banging on my door. I asked them to repair my hot water heater, so they came to my rented accommodation, banging on my door. When I told them that they did not need to do that, they said they had to because some residents stay in the back. I told them again that it was unnecessary, and then they said, "Well, good luck with your hot water, I'm not doing it." I went to the front office and informed Management about what had taken place. She said that they had to knock on the door because some residents stayed in their back rooms. I further explained to her that I had a three-month-old baby, and it didn't matter if they were indifferent to them being woken up. Not just me, but also disabled and elderly people, and people who work all night - are you going to bang on their door, too? It must make sense. Instead of offering a solution, she just shouted out the name of a person and asked if it was okay if they notified them when maintenance was on their way. It's common sense and courtesy, which this apartment complex unfortunately does not have. I don't want to give them any stars, but I feel like I have to just to post this. more ...
