The new maintenance guy seems amazing and I really hope they keep him around hes done an amazing job so farOh the treadmills dont work and havent in two years.One stairwell by the mail boxes people smoke in, no ventilation so if you have any respiratory issues it makes life really hard. We have a three bedroom and one room we cant even live in because theres mold in the walls, we had a doctor tell us not to let our kids sleep in that room. So we pay for a three bedroom but can only use two rooms. As I post this I worry about any repercussions that may occur. And pray they dont attempt to evict us over us speaking out. We havent ever posted a review and this is the first time because we feel very lost as to what to do. This week we cant reach the office at all, weve lost 3 packages due to that and can not reach anyone in management to figure out whats going on.
