I had a water leak on Sunday and called the answering service to report it after two inch water through out my apart ment the broken pipe is still running and 4 days later still no help the heat was out so I went to hotel for my safety Im 76 years ol I had a water leak on Sunday and called the answering service to report it after two inch water through out my apart ment the broken pipe is still running and 4 days later still no help the heat was out so I went to hotel for my safety Im 76 years old its 7 degrees now 5 days my furniture is damaged and still no one has came if they had come and and turned the water off my furniture and the apartment would not have been damaged and the pipe thats broke is still through my apartmrnts I called sunday now its wensday I called 14 Feb now its 17 Feb and the broken pipe is still running help Ive called 7 times no response more ... hide ...

My mom recently moved out of these apts after living there for 8 years her husband died last year He cleaned the pool for free for 10 years and drove the apt van to take seniors to grocery store and other places as they needed for free he was a very My mom recently moved out of these apts after living there for 8 years her husband died last year He cleaned the pool for free for 10 years and drove the apt van to take seniors to grocery store and other places as they needed for free he was a very good citizen and helped the seniors all the time One of the ladies that work there Petra was always very rude and abrupt with my mom and showed no respect whatsoever petra demanded the key to the apt the day she moved out mom was very tired and asked if she could return it the next day she yelled at my mother and said no my mom is 85 years old this lady does not belong working with the elderly Their is no excuse for the way she treats the elderly more ... hide ...

Horrible management and this place does not provide protection from predators that try to take advantage of the seniors that live here I wish there was a better option but I just moved here and I was in a rush to get my mother in law settled
