It's outrageous that there are hundreds of units yet they find it suitable to do the least possible. Every week when I go to see my friend, I sometimes come across "messes" like bodily fluids and decomposing food that I have to avoid stepping on. They are aware of it but they don't do anything. The rent is cheap here, we all appreciate that, but the amount of money they receive from the hundreds of tenants should allow them to do more. Management is responsible for the unkempt condition of the place. It's disgraceful. To make matters worse, the interior of the building is also neglected - for example, there is an old beehive that was just painted over. It's unfortunate that management and tenants don't cooperate to maintain the property; it's as if they are enemies. more ... hide ...
