I resided there for two years and liked it a lot. The office team at the time I moved in was incredible, really friendly, professional, and made you feel at home. When I left in July 2021 to support my family in another city, I've had nothing but pro I resided there for two years and liked it a lot. When I left in July 2021 to support my family in another city, I've had nothing but problems with the new/current office team.I didn't get my move out report and deposit paperwork until the end of October and when I did, I was charged $25 for not returning the parking sticker, which a member of the office staff had instructed me to discard. I was also charged $60 for cleaning, even though I did clean every room, and they wouldn't budge on that since I had no photographs as evidence. Furthermore, they overcharged me for the last water bill. The most irritating part is that I'm being charged $103 for a dishwasher SILVERWARE basket that has a crack on the handle. The basket is entirely operational and was already broken when I moved in. It wasn't part of my walkthrough report as the damage can be pressed together and hidden. I even provided a link for a new same make and model on Amazon for $15.94, but they still refuse to adjust the deposit.To have had such a positive experience when moving in and living there, only to be overcharged and robbed of my entire deposit, is infuriating. If I return to Fort Worth, I won't be coming back to this place. more ... hide ...
