TOWERS RIDGE APARTMENTS

For over a month now, our air conditioning has been malfunctioning and it still has not been fixed. The maintenance people have been kind and have made an effort, but they are not specialists in HVAC. Due to my babies and my medical condition which n For over a month now, our air conditioning has been malfunctioning and it still has not been fixed. The maintenance people have been kind and have made an effort, but they are not specialists in HVAC. Due to my babies and my medical condition which necessitates staying cool, it has been unbearable. The temperature outside is blazing hot, and we are soaked in sweat each night since there is little air circulation within the rooms. My kids can't sleep in their own rooms due to the 94-degree heat. We have been unable to get proper rest because of this and have been forced to eat out as it is too uncomfortable to cook inside. Fortunately, they gave us a temporary window air conditioning unit, however, that does not help with our electricity bill, not to mention the three fans we had to purchase for $200. We have been told that it is functioning correctly, and that it is hot because of the second floor, and that certain parts need to be replaced. However, when it is fixed, there is no difference. You should not feel a wave of hot air when you open the doors to the rooms. We keep getting the run around with no updates on the progress and the additional costs are getting to us. Despite the positives such as the great pool, the friendly people and the gym (which needs to open), we just need our air conditioning to work properly. more ... hide ...

We like living here staff is friendly and the property is super clean I just have one issue the people in the apartment next door are constantly smoking weed and it comes in thru the vents in our apartment and it smells everything up My son gets he We like living here staff is friendly and the property is super clean I just have one issue the people in the apartment next door are constantly smoking weed and it comes in thru the vents in our apartment and it smells everything up My son gets headaches from the smell when he visits and my daughter that lives with me has lung issues and it makes her cough I have told the office and they said just turn the fans on in the restroom and laundry room so the smell will be drawn out that does not help the smell and of course the electric bill due to me having them running all the time If you have any suggestions please let me know We cant stand the smell in the apartment or the breezeway Thank you more ... hide ...

This is my home I have been here for almost 10 years The staff and the maintenance crew are always pleasant I hope to stay here for much longer1
