Ive been here for 1 year they do provide a lot of activities for residents was recently notified of large rent increase maintenance staff does timely repairs even when short staffed but I had ongoing issue with excessive noise from 2nd floor resident Ive been here for 1 year they do provide a lot of activities for residents was recently notified of large rent increase maintenance staff does timely repairs even when short staffed but I had ongoing issue with excessive noise from 2nd floor resident They made attempt to handle situation but it was never fully resolved until resident moved out Mgmt needs to be more proactive about these types of issues instead of simply saying this is apt life more ... hide ...

They do not work with you even if you are the power of attorney person Do not recommend them at all Very sad

I called today to find out information about the apartments for my motherinlaw The office staff was extremely nice and answered every question I had We are looking forward to touring and getting her on the list

I have lived in several places in my many years but I have to say that Evergreen has been an amazing experience All of office staff has been so great to work with Always willing to help with all your needs The maintenance staff has gone above and I have lived in several places in my many years but I have to say that Evergreen has been an amazing experience All of office staff has been so great to work with Always willing to help with all your needs The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to help and always friendly There is plenty to do here and always been a fun experience I have seen some negative comments and its kind of sad because they really try to be so accommodating but companies have rules that they have to follow and we have to be respectful of them more ... hide ...
