There are irresponsible residents that let their children play in the street of the complex. They never opened the pool. Did I mention the horrible management? If youre a good person or are raising kids and want a safe place to live in, for the love of god please avoid Country Park apartments. The only good thing is theres a Walmart within walking distance but even Forest Glen right next door is much better than this sorry excuse for an apartment complex. more ... hide ... They says they have served and sent notices through the mail but have not. The violate fair housing laws and the lease contract. When my friend asked to see the notices they had sent her(because they are required to keep a copy in the office) they quickly flipped through pages and did not allow her to read them. They stated that 7 people were living in the apartment and that they were all laying in the beds. First of all there was not 7 people and there are no beds in the apartment. Also, according to the lease contract they are required to give a 24 hour notice before entering the apartment unless serving eviction which was never received.
