I lived in this place for a year, which I now consider the biggest mistake of my life. The management was terrible, maintenance was horrible, and the atmosphere was awful. One of the boys -maybe 11 or 12- gave my 6 year old niece a black eye for using the playground. His parents and the management just said "boys will be boys". I came home one day to find someone had broken into my house and shattered the sliding glass door. Management didn't do anything about it, even after they said they would replace the glass. I had to pay for someone to repair it in the middle of winter. I was promised reimbursement, but never got it. The A/C was broken in the middle of summer and I had to threaten legal action before something was done. It's been two months since I moved out, and I still haven't received my deposit check. Whenever I call to check in on it, I'm told it's in the mail and I'll have it soon. I've heard this every week for four weeks now. I absolutely do not recommend staying here, especially if you have children who like playing outside. more ... hide ...
