it a friend who lives here in this Edition turn off one of the road has big potholes in it hasnt been fixed for months some people that live here have disabilities one of the duplexes the siding blew off months ago and hasnt been fixed

Really nice community quite expensive and does not consider their tenants income and what is offered including the security does not compensate need to review the income and stop increasing the rent

The manager Gwen is very rude and unprofessional My inlaws have been without hot water for almost a week Not once were they offered any form of hotel or temporary housing Hot water is a necessity in the middle of winter When I called to try and speak The manager Gwen is very rude and unprofessional My inlaws have been without hot water for almost a week Not once were they offered any form of hotel or temporary housing Hot water is a necessity in the middle of winter When I called to try and speak to Gwen about reimbursement for a ONE night hotel stay because my father in law had to prep for major surgery and needed to take a shower her reply was no because we never told them to go to a hotel I then asked what she expected them to do without hot water for a week She became loud rude and refused to talk to me I have left a voicemail and email with the Corporate office and will take further action if needed According to the KS Housing Authority Landlords are required to provide access to hot water at all times I could understand needing to order a part in order to fix the water heater but just leaving your tenants to figure it out in the meantime is uncaring and unprofessional more ... hide ...
