Trying to rent a apartment from you guys Ive came by the last 2 weeks and nobody has been there No one answers the phone how do I get in contact with someone

Im almost at a loss for words at how horrible my experience with these people was The first time we went there we immediately noticed the erratic behavior of the leasing agent She seemed very disorganized possibly on speed and was extremely rude from Im almost at a loss for words at how horrible my experience with these people was The first time we went there we immediately noticed the erratic behavior of the leasing agent She seemed very disorganized possibly on speed and was extremely rude from the start We decided that dealing with an obnoxious person was worth the low rent We were very very wrong The first issue was with our application she and the packet see photos both said rental history could be from any time as long as everything was in good standing I had to basically do this womans job for her calling my old apartments and having them send her the information A month and some days into this process she decided to let me know the rental history had to be from the past two years The application didnt state this neither did she and she was almost impossible to get a hold of throughout this time We reluctantly used a co signer because our rental history was over a year old She took over a month to communicate with me about the rental history but she had no problem harassing me about the co signing Our co signer and I were at a funeral for one of my very close family members and this woman had the audacity to say I was holding up the process by waiting an extra couple days to make my grieving father give over all his most personal information to a complete stranger I reminded her that her incompetence had held the process up for almost two entire months told her to wait a couple days and we still gave her the information A few days after the co signing was complete she called me in a state of panic about us making a move in date We both agreed on a date She called me the day before to say I should have an answer for you by the end of today Following this interaction I called and left a message for her boss and my call was never returned We were livid This woman had given us a move in date and backed out the day before We lost money taking off time from work and making preparations to move it was awful and costly After this call she never bothered to contact us I had to call her and ask what the hold up was She said that our income met the requirements but someone was saying that it didnt and she would have to talk to them and get back to us That day we decided to go with a different apartment and got the lease and move in date set up in three days Avoid these people AT ALL COSTS This was easily the worst experience Ive ever had with any renter I cant imagine theres anyone more incompetent than the erratic rude and seemingly drugged up woman who runs the office there If I could give them less than one star I would Beware of these people if they cant even set up an apartment rental imagine trying to get routine maintenance done or have any of your concerns addressed Stay far far away from this place more ... hide ...
