Apartments were nice Paid 705 for a 3b2b Which is high compared to the town we use to live in Didnt hear much from neighbors besides occasional fights Maintenance is iffy Sometimes they come fast sometimes you never see them I did not like the fact w Apartments were nice Paid 705 for a 3b2b Which is high compared to the town we use to live in Didnt hear much from neighbors besides occasional fights Maintenance is iffy Sometimes they come fast sometimes you never see them I did not like the fact we are charged for sprinklers and for the pool considering I dont use it Is what it is But once they raised my rent after 6 months I left For what we pay you would think they would have security cameras Multiple neighbors told me their car has been broken into after my truck was almost stolen I consider myself to be a great tenant And I have never left a place trashed With that said dont expect a deposit back They go as far as charging you 20 dollars for leaving a brand new shower curtain behind I have never left a review for a place but I felt obligated to for this I will never recommend this place to anyone and hope some things change for the price you pay more ... hide ...
