Throughout my tenancy I sought out this help but the manager requested continuous court orders proving custody of my daughter, etc., only to find out later she had been stealing residents' rent while government was paying double. From day one there were roaches, fleas and spiders that did not react to any professional extermination products I used. Despite this, the manager claimed I brought them in via "a sack of potatoes". The maintenance guy later confessed they had come with the fridge. Also, he always took his time with repairs and charged fees too; plus no dishwashers and laundry costs were expensive due to dryer fees if you didn't collect on time. Furthermore, it attracted people who wanted government assistance but would never be able to pay $535 rent (utilities not included) as they lacked proper socialization for society. Additionally I was billed by a single water company for previous tenants' usage amounting to over $100/monthly. Therefore if RLJ Management hasn't learned from last time it would be better off staying in cheaper ($300) slums nearby. more ... hide ...
