Very poor management and very poor maintenance I have been here for several years both of which my unit experienced an issue that was not resolved On Christmas my heating element in the stove unit burnt out I called the emergency line and was told it Very poor management and very poor maintenance I have been here for several years both of which my unit experienced an issue that was not resolved On Christmas my heating element in the stove unit burnt out I called the emergency line and was told it was not an emergency that I couldnt use my stove to cook It was not an emergency that I could not cook dinner for my family on CHRISTMAS We had to use our own personal money to repair the stove I have bathroom tiles that are broken and cuts my feet if I do not cover them I have put a work order in and they still have not been replaced This time the stove caught fire began to smoke I immediately turned everything off I called the emergency number and again I was told it was not an emergency Woda Management does not care about their tenants or their units It looks nice on the outside but very poor company all the way around more ... hide ...
