This place is becoming a druggie hangout Partying tennants are now being rented to and management wipes their hands of everything Cigarette smoking in the common areas is rampant and secondhand smoke is a huge problem The poop factor is high in the f This place is becoming a druggie hangout Partying tennants are now being rented to and management wipes their hands of everything Cigarette smoking in the common areas is rampant and secondhand smoke is a huge problem The poop factor is high in the fields and yards because tennants dont clean up after their dogs Kids are out of hand and are defacing cars on the lots Many of the outside lights have been burned out for over a year and there is NO surveillance system in place Another major problem with living there is maintenance is at an all time lownThe manager stays inside a locked office when she is there and refuses to contend with any of the property issues If complaints are made she threatens to evicts ALL parties but only the innocent victims get reprimandednIf you are a law abiding citizen who cares about your health and peace of mind DONT move there more ... hide ...
