Its across from a park but its still in downtown Tacoma so take that for what its worth. They frequently have issues with the elevators, which is obviously a problem when many of the residents cannot use the stairs. They have a nice little cafe type setup in the lobby and the woman who usually runs it is very nice (its probably my favourite feature).The units are pet friendly, though Ive only seen small animals so Im not sure if theres a size restriction.The front desk people seem friendly with residents but seem to barely speak a word to guests.Overall its a good option if you need something at a reasonable price but its not 100% perfect. more ... hide ...
