Not a safe area I have had my vehicle stolen from this complex and another broken into The complex has a couple of security cameras but they are pointed at specific tenants that they claim were troublesome

The maintenance guy is also an amazing guy. Very friendly, respectful and knows what hes doing.I was given a free tow card which I eventually ended up using the first night here. I drove out and returned after 3 hours at almost midnight to find another vehicle on my reserved spot.After waiting for a while to see if anyone would show up to take the vehicle away, I called the tow company and they came to tow the vehicle away at no cost to me. All I had to do was show my card and identify myself. Their response time was within 30 minutes after I called.So far, I have loved it here.
