My partner and I were kicked out of the office when we asked about the water bill and rent overcharge after living there for 6 months with monthly issues with fees. Not only do they charge a fee for paying rent, but they also charged camera fees even though none were installed; plus, they tried charging us a trash fee that was already included in our rent and sent an eviction notice when we refused to pay it. This is by far the WORST APARTMENT - very nice during inquiry but once moved in, not at all same treatment. Additionally, there is an incredible cockroach infestation which they lied about labeling as "waterbugs", found in elevators, apartments, hallways and even coming out from sinks! If I had seen how another lady in the office complained about roaches on her bed before moving here then this would have been a red flag for me not to move here since our apartment is always clean. Any apartment managed by S2 Capital should be avoided as your complaints will go unheard - only good thing being how helpful their maintenance crew was. more ... hide ...

Nice little community Prices were good when I moved in But they JACKED the prices up by hundreds of dollars now
