I have the same difficulties as when I moved in, and they had me wait a few months for everything to be changed and the apartment cleaned. When I moved in, there were cockroaches and it was extremely dirty. There were dog feces and bite marks on the doors and window frames, the appliances were filthy and almost non-functioning, the sinks were leaking and there was mold underneath them, there were uncovered sockets, the closet door fell on my kid, the cabinets were falling off the wall, they even painted over a patch of hair, dirt, and grime on the wall. I have various types of drawers, but half of them do not open properly. The outdoor lights do not work, so my children cannot go outside after 5 o'clock as it is hard to see. They despise it here, as there are six shopping carts they have to move at the park before they can play. To top it all off, they have no trouble telling you that your desires are too high and they are not going to repair it. So, if you truly love living in an apartment that is a hazard, these are the best for you, and they will be more than happy more ... hide ...

OMG I Feel right at Home Im originally a Baton Rouge La Native I relocated to TX in 2018 This was actually the 1st place I visited to find me a Place to call home While my furthering my education led me to be housed elsewhere after graduation I knew OMG I Feel right at Home Im originally a Baton Rouge La Native I relocated to TX in 2018 This was actually the 1st place I visited to find me a Place to call home While my furthering my education led me to be housed elsewhere after graduation I knew I had to come back Upon doing so I walked into the office and was greeted as if I was already a resident Which made me feel more than welcomed it made me feel right at home The Manager Norma is the BEST to have ever set foot on this property The Assistant Sara is unbelievably amazing Ive had NO ISSUES NOR CONCERNS If anything is to come up all you do is make one phone call and theyre on it Personally the staff here seems like family to me away from my home town You cant find any other place like this Im glad to call Crawford Park Home I HIGHLY Recommend this place to anyone Its more than just an Apartment Complex this is surely a Family Community more ... hide ...
