WHITE ROCK CREEK APARTMENTS

I was so excited to research these apartments, their cost, and the fact that they were near White Rock. I sent an inquiry and booked a tour for 1:30pm on Saturday, and I got several automated confirmations. I sent an inquiry and booked a tour for 1:30pm on Saturday, and I got several automated confirmations. I attempted to call to let them know I was delayed due to traffic and left them a voicemail. To my shock, when I got there, the office was closed and a sign said they would be back at 3:30pm. The leasing office is supposed to be open until 5:00pm, so why wasn't I informed? I attempted to call again after 3:30pm, but there was no reply. I made the trip from far away to view the apartments, so I was disappointed. I hope the customer service improves, as the units appear nice from what I can tell online. more ... hide ...

I been here for almost two years now and I must say These are some wonderful apartments The office staffmaintenance is great I have no complaints The property is always neat and clean its so peaceful The tenants on the property are very friendly
