2017-08-02T04:38:07ZI have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far is the worst of them In my stay here there was never fully working utilities and the water got cut off at least once every two weeks without warning I had decent down stairs neighbors alt I have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far is the worst of them In my stay here there was never fully working utilities and the water got cut off at least once every two weeks without warning I had decent down stairs neighbors although the walls are thin and I would asume the place is full of asbestos I found a dead rat and a plethora of rat droppings in the air vent when I moved in that should have let me know that ownership and management there are were as good as that dead rat If you anyone except Hispanic there will be a non refundable deposit I say this as a warning as 5hey have no record of my deposit and unless you are used to Mexican parties and staying up late due to loud noise this place is not for you more ...
