They act quickly to address issues and send warnings so that you can make arrangements, such as if they are testing the fire alarms and you are working from home. The area is convenient if you don't have to frequently drive to the downtown area, and it is only 10 minutes away from the Domain. There is a Walmart and Lowes close by, as well as an H-E-B and a small Korean market near the corner. I'm giving this location 4 stars because recently, there have been some suspicious tenants or guests that appear unexpectedly. In the past couple of months, I have heard gunshots in the vicinity of the complex, and sometimes late at night, I hear yelling, arguments, and loud conversations. This was not an issue before, but now I'm starting to feel anxious about my safety when I am around this area. Office staff and maintenance staff are great but the security guard never comes when I call even after making multiple noise complaints in one night A noise complaint goes through the apartments phone number and they wont let me speak to security dir Office staff and maintenance staff are great but the security guard never comes when I call even after making multiple noise complaints in one night A noise complaint goes through the apartments phone number and they wont let me speak to security directly so I have no idea why security is ignoring me This has become a major issue due to the LATE NIGHT POOL PARTIES which happen on most days of the week and go as late as 2am Please get a new security guard capable of responding to complaints and preferably someone who will close the pool routinely at the end of pool hours each day Other apartments do this and Im sure this eliminates almost all noise complaints there I cannot give more than 1 star until I get some sleepnnUpdate I am raising to 2 stars since management is currently looking into this more ... hide ...

Coming up on my 1st year This is an older apartment but the community makes it decent My only complaint is lack of security with the gates being open It serves no purpose
