These may seem like a good deal but they will end up costing you in so many ways I had to spend 300 on car repairs due to the property management not caring about repeated vandalism Another 500 because they hired incompetent pest control people who These may seem like a good deal but they will end up costing you in so many ways I had to spend 300 on car repairs due to the property management not caring about repeated vandalism Another 500 because they hired incompetent pest control people who drove mice out of someones apartment and into my AC in my car And the worst being 400 in fraudulent utility double charges and then refusing to return our security deposit thank goodness that was a small fee but still looking into legal action because they refuse to respond to me anymore The property management will not return phone calls or emails and are barely ever in the office if you try to find them in person Worst place I have ever lived by far more ... hide ...
