I make my two years living here in August This place has overall been amazing I was looking at other reviews and decided to add my experiencennProsnThe management and maintenance teams have always been great to me I mostly talked to Miriam and Jose II make my two years living here in August This place has overall been amazing I was looking at other reviews and decided to add my experiencennProsnThe management and maintenance teams have always been great to me I mostly talked to Miriam and Jose I believe was the maintenance guy But they have recently changed management and maintenance team so I cant speak for themnThe area of these apartments is so convenient for my fianc and me Its right by I10 across the street from Walmart and Whataburger you dont have to travel more than 10 minutes to get to shopping centers and you dont have to travel more than 15 minutes to Memorial or The Galleria mallnWe love the trash pick up Mon Thurs Its so convenient after a long day at worknThe pool is beautiful and fun to be in The fitness center is also great It has two treadmills an elliptical and various weightsnIt has always been a peaceful area The most escalated event Ive heard of was car breakins but never to usnWere pretty simple people so it doesnt take a lot for us to be happy nnConsnOur main issue has been the AC You CANNOT control your temperature My guess is because its an all utilities included rent It has not been lower than 72 degrees in the spring or summer and they sometimes have issues with the AC not workingnAnother major issue that affected me was visitor parking Theres very little visitor parking I had a Halloween party my first year here and to my embarrassment some of my invitees had to park at Walmart and walknAn issue I had when I first moved in here was the tight parking spaces for tenants but over time you get used to itnAnother issue weve had is pipes breaking in the garage I had nasty stains on my car because of that water Thankfully I was able to get them off but a simple carwash did not remove themnI have never encountered rats I see a roach maybe once a week I saw a lot of people do have problems with that though perhaps its the specific building theyre in Im in 500nnOverall this was an excellent place for our first rentalmore ...hide ...
I lived here for a year in the tiny Amber floor plan studio The pros are that the area was very upscale and centrally located it was very quiet even though I10 is walking distance the rent was very affordable had an all utilities paid package my neiI lived here for a year in the tiny Amber floor plan studio The pros are that the area was very upscale and centrally located it was very quiet even though I10 is walking distance the rent was very affordable had an all utilities paid package my neighbors were respectful and nice the complex was old but the units are renovated and upkept well and the leasingmaintenance team was super professional and awesome The cons were that the complex had a major roach infestation both inside and outside of the units the valet trash service wasnt reliable yet was mandatory the parking situation for both residents and visitors was very limited and wasnt secure in any way the pool in front of my unit was closed for a large duration of my lease the laundry units would regularly malfunction and they tried to raise my rent significantly upon renewal after being a great tenant yet listed it at a lower rate online for new prospective tenants I moved out of state so luckily it didnt ultimately affect me 35 for affordability renovated units locationmore ...hide ...
