I have been renting here for four years and the experience has been okay Up until a year from now simply because the maintenance is horrible as ever and the management is unresponsive and inconsiderate When I moved here the company had a previous man I have been renting here for four years and the experience has been okay Up until a year from now simply because the maintenance is horrible as ever and the management is unresponsive and inconsiderate When I moved here the company had a previous management team and I never had to deal with them unless it was minor I really enjoy living here because I hate moving and meeting new people When I moved here my kids was 2 4 but now they are older My problem with this company is the level of respect honesty and positivity I have been emailing everybody and keeping in communication with the staff because my apartment is in a disgrace My flooring is coming up mold or mildew is in my wash room the vents or turning Brown the fridge is barely working and yet and still I have not received any justice I have put in over ten work orders regarding the same issue and it has been overlooked So I got tired and sent them a certified letter through the US postal service for corrections and adjustment with the unit I am currently renting and yet and still I have not received the proper help I have had two contractors who have came and gave the apartment a total of the work repairs and yet and still it has not been a date and time giving me My problem with that is I pay my rent and I except to receive the proper love and care However it has not been a honest communication so I will handle the situation differently The manager or acting manager over here is Mel and she always have a attitude with me because I request things I assume is it of her care I spoke to Elvia and I just feel like it is a run around and I also spoke to somebody else at the head office Like I told them I do not want nobody in my place when I am not present because things never get done correctly So moving forward I stated to them I need everything in writing because when I move I want my deposit back and I do not want nothing on my credit So since I been ignored and put under the bus I will take matters in a different way Oh and mind me it is only one handyman in this apartment complex and he barely understand English Let alone I asked the company to move me to a unit that is already prepared so I do not have to take orders differently but I was told nothing was ready My neighbors next door left two years ago that been here nearly seven years However due to mold and lack of help they decided to relocate And yet and still the unit is not cleaned and in shape for nobody else to move in So if I do not get my unit completed by Friday 02122021 I will be going to court because I am tired of asking for help Mind me the company told me they was remolding the units and I have to wait until the handyman get time I renewed my lease and was told they changed the paint to Gray and I would have to paint my own walls the current color and my answer was NO simply because I am giving them the apartment exactly how I received the unit Which was White walls So if Friday if everything is not prepared I will be going to court because I have been a humble resident and I am tired of being treated horrible THE PICTURES I UPLOADED NOT EVEN HAVE THE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED BUT THESE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ME more ... hide ...

I visited this property maybe two weeks ago The young lady who helped me by phone and did the showing was awesome She was so kind and informative I was so satisfied with our encounter The complex grounds was nice and clean I felt safe there with my c I visited this property maybe two weeks ago The young lady who helped me by phone and did the showing was awesome She was so kind and informative I was so satisfied with our encounter The complex grounds was nice and clean I felt safe there with my child The only reason why I deducted a star is because the 2x2 apartment that was shown had this stale smell Im not sure if its because its an older apartment or if it was something bigger than that She did state they were renovating and it appeared to have fresh wood floors But all in all my experience here was a breeze more ... hide ...

I attempted to rent an apartment hereI was given the run arounds plenty of times They would tell me that I was approvedthen they would call back and tell me i had to come back and resign papers or fill out more information Thats like giving a kid a l I attempted to rent an apartment hereI was given the run arounds plenty of times They would tell me that I was approvedthen they would call back and tell me i had to come back and resign papers or fill out more information Thats like giving a kid a lollipop then taking it away When they told me i was approved I was already packed up and ready Next when i finally got approved I was told that my apartment would ready on September 9th or September 16th Of course it wasnt ready on the 9th neither was it ready on the 16th I went on the 16th and they said it would be ready in 1 hour Then they told me it still needed to be cleanedplease come back in 2 hours They gave me a key but told me i couldnt go in there until it was cleaned Then i received a phone call from them and they informed me they needed 3 more days to get the apartment ready When i was finally ready to move inhopes were up high once again only to go in a find that the apartment was infected with roaches and flying bugs The roaches were climbing out of cabinets and drawers and flies flying everywhere The walls were not evenly painted The patio was filthy The cabinets were broken The next day I went back to tell them about all the issues found in the apartmentnobody had anything to say Then said that an exterminator would be coming in on Friday after I moved in The next day i went to the store to get roach bombs to put out After they were placed to set off roaches scattered everywhere I thought it was very odd that they never let me view the apartmentits like buying something sight unseen I also had my utilities transferred because I was supposed to be in already I understand from the gas company that there was no permit for the gasThis was a bad experience for me I informed Brenda the Manager what i learned from the gas company and she said it would be taken care ofIn the meantime I was given my money backand i found out later that the gas still was never transferred because the permit was still not given I really like the property but it was very unorganizedunprofessionaland unlivable more ... hide ...
