Mr Bennie Warren was the best of the best; he always listened to his tenants' issues, grievances and worries. He was fond of his residents and did whatever he could to make the apartments a cheery home. Also, he showed much affection to the kids of Candle Chase, organizing daily activities, monthly birthday parties, snacks after school, as well as games and rewards that made them feel special. The seniors also received unique support and care from him. He wanted to make Candle Chase a unique, family-oriented and secure place to call home. I have not seen an apartment manager so devoted, loving and professionally oriented; he could not be replaced and will be sorely missed. My rating was not based on management, but on the ownership, which is very poor. Every apartment complex in this prestigious area has undertaken some upgrades, while Candle Chase is in dire need of a facelift. If I were one of the homeowners, I would definitely initiate a petition, as these homes deserve better than to be left in such a dilapidated state.
