People came in to remove some of the water and put fans down which have been running for 6 days now. People came in to remove some of the water and put fans down which have been running for 6 days now. When I asked for help with the electric bill, they acted like this was not their issue and said I should submit a claim to my renters insurance. Consequently, I am now dealing with the aftermath of their mess without any assistance. I have done a multitude of laundry loads, lost a day and a half of work, and lost many of my belongings, including irreplaceable photos. Furthermore, I have been unable to get a response from the parent company. To make matters worse, it took them 45 minutes to answer my frantic call for help and when the guy showed up, he had no keys to get into the maintenance closet, nor any tools. He even informed me that the previous tenants had the same experience, clearly indicating that they have not been keeping up with the maintenance like they should. more ...
