I lived there just short of a year timeframe of the lease I signed They never fixed anything I have asked them to fix I had work orders submitted and they didnt fix them until I put my notice to vacate in they also stated I owed 53600 which they neve I lived there just short of a year timeframe of the lease I signed They never fixed anything I have asked them to fix I had work orders submitted and they didnt fix them until I put my notice to vacate in they also stated I owed 53600 which they never billed me for to my forwarding address or email or called nor put it on my credit but when I do rental verifications they can disclose this information Ive even called a year ago when this was a thing and asked did I owe anything and was told no and that I can even come back They also stated and LIED ON A DOCUMENT THAT I WAS LATE WITH RENT THREE TIMES WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN THE CASE UNTUL MAY WHEN I PUT MY NOTICE OF INTENT AND DID NOT PAY FOR MAYS RENT When recertification came they took forever to lemme know if I could even stay in my place due to an increase of income and new job offer They also went through two managements in the office and the new property manager had no idea what she was even doing and Im pretty sure she lied on my paperwork cause she didnt have knowledge to actually look the facts up when I kept all my paperwork They never answered the phone Ive had to call corporate on them numerous times just because they do not do their job or holds maintenance accountable for not doing their job I stayed from 072018052019 and the staff is complete garbage I would be surprised if they had another round of garbage in the office making it difficult for EXISTING TENANTS TO EVEN WANT TO STAY OR PAY RENT There were roaches I asked for pest control no response and open orders never resolved my light in my closet and laundry was out the entire time I stayed there despite multiple calls and attempts to have maintenance come and fix it due to liability reasons I didnt want to be responsible if the light had gotten broken due to me not paying for the fixtures If you stay here be prepared to fight And I have been calling and leaving vm no response and if I still dont get a response I will be calling corporate again last time I got as far as a regional manager lets see if we can get that lucky again TRASH IS THE RATING I GIVE THE COMPLEX AND THIS IS THREE YEARS LATER SND THEYRE STILL TRASH AND CONTINUE TO BE TRASH AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL GIVIBG INCORRECT INFORMATION OUT TO FUTURE PROPERTIES BUT WHEN CONFRONTED THEY DENY more ... hide ...
